Unfortunately the farmers market has now been closed. We loved to buy from producers there. All traders were very sad that they had lost their stand. The animals are also said to have been abolished. The buildings are likely to be demolished. A new concept is to be tried out, in which a caravan parking lot is to play a role. It remains to be seen what will emerge from this.
Too bad the farmers market
always worth a visit, delicious delicacies can be purchased there
Very worn out, with some delicacies. A lot of cheap junk outside.
Great fun for children and adults. Best farm and market. Everyone can always find something to buy for themselves whether is the flea market, delicious food, fun with railroad over cow barn after chicken stand collecting eggs or dancing. ๐ Schmachtenhagen -Oberhavel farm is not that far from Berlin but still a great Sunday excursion with nature and fresh air. I go there almost 2 Sundays and I am always very satisfied. I look forward to visiting the farm again on Sunday. Lg Elisabeth
We have been there very often. Unfortunately, many dealers are no longer there. The end of the year is over! TOO BAD
Actually very nice. But it was sold and thus everything was run down. A pity
It goes like this because the farmers' market was sold but yesterday the market was full and the flea market was very busy with many traders
One star is still too exaggerated. I don't understand the concept there. The "market" are some foreign dealers with plastic clothes. Cell phone utensils or other stuff that nobody, really nobody, needs. Inside the building bleak, the butcher there doesn't look fresh. The "farm shop" too. The only bright spot there is really the baker. The goods look great. However, we have countless bakeries in Berlin so we don't have to go to Schmachtenhagen. We used to be there often, there was a lot of regional goods, a lot for the children, especially fresh goods. The whole thing is completely drained and it is not worth staying there for 5 minutes. Pity!
Words really fail me! The flea market a failure, the farmers market a sad joke! Shame, not worth the trip.
There was once! I was told it was going to be a nice trip. That's why I decided to visit the farmers market with a small group. The weather was unfortunately not good that day and that was not the only disappointment. The buildings are totally outdated and, according to information on the Internet, should be demolished. There was also a bankruptcy of partners or dealers. The dealers are friendly, but the range is limited and there is an apocalyptic mood. There was music from the can and in my late 50s I was one of the younger ones in the beer garden. The current operator should, despite all understanding of his reluctance, at least tell visitors what they can expect if they still want to visit the market now. I cannot recommend a visit to anyone. Especially not families with children.
I think it has nothing to do with the farmers market. Too many clothes stands and otherwise no market flair. Has nothing to do with Corona. It was like that before. What a shame there would be a lot of room for improvement.
Will be rebuilt soon, which is why there are hardly any animals at the moment. Anyone who would like to take part in a dance for the women over 70 is in good hands here. And ... there is beer!
It used to be very nice here. Since the market closes completely at the end of the year and some traders are already gone, it has become bleak. Everything very limitedly open. It's a shame but maybe it will go on again soon.
Unfortunately, the market is more reminiscent of one of our eastern neighbors than a farmers' market. With so many synthetic clothing to choose from, you wouldn't believe that a single fruit or vegetable has ever seen a farm. Unfortunately no recommendation.
I actually like to come here 3 to 4x a year, but when I was on 4.7. thought, now it will be time to pay a visit to the market again .. I informed myself directly on the website about the current modalities ... until 4 p.m., I read and looked forward to drinking coffee with great bakery cakes .. combined with a stroll across the grounds .... when I arrived at 2.45 p.m., great disappointment ... the dealers were already dismantling their stands ... the baker didn't want to sell anything anymore at the best coffee time ... what's going wrong here ,I ask myself ? 2.3 other customers saw it the same way and drove away disappointed like me to find alternatives ๐
Unfortunately I was totally disappointed there was only one calf and one peacock to see, nothing else, lots of Indians etc. ... who sell some stuff that nobody needs or wants, or both, at least there was fresh milk and eggs. The toilets have a brutal smell. Better to pee in the field and only wash your hands inside ๐๐
We love to go to the farmers market. There are super fresh foods. The 60 km we have to drive are worth it. The breakfast is delicious. The sellers are very nice. We always like to come back
I find it shocking that the mask requirement is not checked here and that almost no one does not wear the mask inside, despite the information at the entrances. Perhaps the responsible law enforcement officer should be informed. The dealers also complain about it, although for the most part they do not carry either
The Oberhavel farmers market is always worth a visit. There is always something going on . In summer there are many great parties with live music and lots of other great things. You get a lot of great regional products to buy. There is also an indoor or indoor flea market. Lots of animals, great activities for young and old and lots of delicious great food. I can absolutely recommend it. The only pity is that I was there for free with my family today. Because unfortunately it is closed at this time of the year. Unfortunately, I only found this out on the spot there. Google Maps said that is open. Please research current opening times.
Lost place
This is a cool little place to spend a morning or afternoon. There is an indoor market selling fresh produce and bric a break. In the warmer months there is a floh markt each Sunday. Live music events are fun to go and see. There is a bar and small restaurant. There is a playpark for the kids, and some farm animals to look at too.
